Kakigori is similar to a North American-style snow cone, but typically lighter and fluffier, like fresh-fallen snow.

Notes
Only use ice that has been frozen in the dedicated ice cup included in the package. This cup ensures you're using ice the perfect size for your kakigori machine, and also allows you to use flavored ice.
