This organic shirodashi is made using Japan's only JAS-certified organic shiro shoyu (white soy sauce), which is made from organic wheat and organic soybeans.
The shiro shoyu is blended with organic rice seasoning, salt, organic sugar, kelp and bonito to create the base shirodashi, a delicious, salty and umami-packed soup stock, and then further infused with organic shiitake mushrooms, to add a whole new realm of flavor and umami goodness.
